KICK-BOXING

Prepare your body and mind for the mixed martial arts activity, this will maintains the coordination of the mind and body with the strength and body control.

CARDIO SESSION

Our fitness centre has the specialized cardio fitness program and for that we are fully prepared with treadmills, cycles and other equipments for the advanced weight loss program.

SPINNING CLASSES

Our fitness centre has the specialized spinning classes adn in spinning classes we specialize in the high intensity workout that is carried through the cycles and elipticle bikes for the weight loss program.

BOOT-CAMP

Our fitness centre is very famous for its boot camp. For the boot camp we have the specailized trainer who will make you familiar with the military style workout with the different sets of activities.

PILATE CLASSES

Pilate classes are very good activity as these helps in the strengthening of the core muscles. Our fitness centre has the specialized zone for the pilate classes and the our fitness trainers are experienced.

Karate Classes

Our fitness centre has professional karate instructor for self defence and strong body.
